Depending upon whom you ask, Dan Henderson (Pictures) ranks as the top 185-pound fighter in the world. At worst, PRIDE's welterweight champion sits even with UFC king Rich Franklin (Pictures).

Yet while Franklin has quickly risen to stardom in the U.S., Henderson continues to toil in relative obscurity racking up thousands of frequent flyer miles traveling to Japan.

Henderson's fans know few fighters can match the heavy-handed wrestler's toughness and grit. And Sherdog Insider traveled to Henderson's Temecula, Calif. training camp as he prepared for August 26's rematch against Kazuo Misaki (Pictures), who went the distance with the American in April.

Following a session sparring with Jason Miller and Dean Lister (Pictures), Henderson discusses the upcoming bout with the veteran Misaki.
