In The Gym: "I'm Going to Win the Fight," Says Koscheck

Perhaps no member of the TUF fraternity has improved more following his stint on the show than welterweight Josh Koscheck (Pictures). Sherdog Insider traveled to American Kickboxing Academy in San Jose, Calif. for an exclusive "In The Gym" look into the NCAA champion wrestler's camp as he prepares to fight Diego Sanchez (Pictures) this Saturday.

When he's not sparring with the likes of Gilbert Melendez (Pictures), Koscheck takes time to speak with Sherdog.com's Greg Savage to talk about his "hated" rival, and why he guarantees victory on the UFC pay-per-view card from Houston.

We also hear from Koscheck's trainers at AKA, who say Koscheck is one of the fastest learners they've ever come across.
