Insider ...
By most accounts, Frank Trigg (Pictures) is the favorite to win Friday's Rumble on the Rock 175-pound Grand Prix tournament.
But the veteran knows it won't be easy, and judging by the hour-and-a-half training session Sherdog Insider documented a week ago Thursday, Trigg is serious.
Facing Albuquerque's Carlos Condit (Pictures) in the semifinals, Trigg meets the tournament's biggest dark horse.
Though Condit needed just 17 seconds to stun Hawaiian fan favorite Renato Verissimo (Pictures) in January, many still
believe he's in over his head against Trigg.
What does Trigg say about that? More importantly, how has he prepared his body for two fights in one evening,
which he'll need to win to capture the crown.
Sherdog Insider takes you into Trigg's El Segundo, Calif. training camp at the R-1 Gym. If you thought you
were in shape, wait until you get a load of Trigg.
