Two weeks before fan favorite light heavyweight Quinton Jackson (Pictures) was set to make his UFC debut, Sherdog Insider visited "Rampage" at Legends Mixed Martial Arts Training Center in Hollywood, Calif. as he spent the morning sparring.

With trainer Juanito Ibarra guiding him from outside the ropes, Jackson put in three solid rounds, which we've condensed into five action-packed minutes of sparring.

Jackson sharpens up for his rematch against Marvin Eastman (Pictures) with the likes of former Golden Gloves champion and MMA hopeful Jeremy "Half-Man, Half-Amazing" Williams as well as another striker who put him through his paces.

"Rampage" also offers a couple pearls of wisdom, as only he can do.
