Still recovering from the first loss of his career (versus Scott Smith in January) Justin Levens (Pictures) hadn't given much thought to getting back in the cage.

However three weeks ago, when an injured Jeremy Horn (Pictures) bowed out of his fight with Evan Tanner (Pictures), the Orange County, Calif.-based fighter was offered an opportunity to take part in history.

He had only one choice.

Tonight at the Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim that decision will come to bear when the 25-year-old Levens, in the UFC's inaugural California event, makes his UFC debut against former middleweight champion Evan Tanner (Pictures).

Sherdog.com's Greg Savage was invited into Levens' training camp to document "The Executioner," who talked about shedding weight, building a game plan and getting ready for the biggest fight of his life — in just 21 days.
