Kennedy: Dictating Where 'Jacare' Fight Goes Will Be Key
Aug 20, 2010
Since coming off active military duty in the last ten months, Tim Kennedy has made leaps and bounds in his training and he wants to share it with the world.
The U.S. Army Special Force sniper will get the opportunity to show his wares against world-decorated jiu-jitsu expert Ronaldo "Jacare" Souza at Strikeforce "Houston" on Saturday -- one of them will be crowned middleweight champion.
In this Sherdog.com video exclusive, the soft-spoken 30-year-old notes how his opponent has shown just as much growth and breaks down the Brazilian's shutout decision against striker Joey Villasenor in May. Kennedy says dictating where the fight plays out will be a key to victory on Saturday.
Strikeforce "Houston" airs live on Showtime at 10 p.m. ET, and two undercard bouts will stream live on Sherdog.com at 9 p.m. ET.
