Former WWE and current TNA wrestling star Bobby Lashley is ready to continue he mixed martial arts career Saturday night in South Florida, and he took a few moments to talk with Sherdog.com about his matchup with UFC veteran Wes Sims.
Lashley, in what will be his fifth fight, acknowledged the nascent nature of his fighting campaign and said he understands there will be a time when he has to choose between his two loves.
The two-time NAIA national champion in wrestling while attending Missouri Valley State University has shown potential in his thus unbeaten run, but stated that he understands he will eventually have to take a step up in competition if he wants to be a true player in the heavyweight division.
