When the second round of the PRIDE Middleweight Grand Prix had come and gone,
Dream Stage Entertainment president Noboyuki Sakakibara shared his thoughts
with the media about this show.
I have to take my hat off to Mr. Sakakibara because of his great attitude,
the fact that he always discusses his thoughts straight from his heart
and that he sincerely answers random questions from journalists.
We'd like to post Mr. Sakakibara's comments, in his own voice, for the first time on Sherdog.com.
In doing so, we aim to show you something you've never seen before and give you
some insight into the man in charge of running PRIDE.
What PRIDE says and what they do in their show is sometimes different. Yes, that's
true. Yet in this interview Mr. Sakakibara fielded all questions, and his reaction, which you'll
see in this video, is genuine.
