Glory Announces Two New Events to Complete 2016 Schedule
Kickboxing promotion Glory announced on Thursday the dates and
locations of its next two events. In between Friday’s Glory 33 and
the previously-announced Glory 36: “Collision” events, the New
York-based promotion will host an event in Colorado and another in
France.
Glory 34 will take place Oct. 21 at 1stBank Center in Broomfield, Colo., just outside Denver and will be headlined by newly-crowned featherweight champion Gabriel Varga (28-3, 8 KOs), as he makes his first defense against former lightweight champ Robin Van Roosmalen (35-7, 19 KOs).

Jacoby (9-7, 7 KOs) will face an opponent to be named in the
co-feature while a four-man same-night Middleweight Contender
Tournament featuring Israel
Adesanya (63-3, 27 KOs), Alex
Pereira (20-4, 11 KOs), Robert
Thomas (8-4, 5 KOs) and Yousri Belgaroui (19-2, 10 KOs) will
round out the Glory 34 main card.
The Glory 34 SuperFight Series undercard will be anchored by a welterweight rematch between Casey Greene (5-6, 2 KOs) and Richard Abraham (10-3, 4 KOs). Also on the undercard will be a light heavyweight battle between Saulo Cavalari (59-4, 49 KOs) and Brian Douwes (41-19-2, 23 KOs).
Glory also revealed that Glory 35 will be held at Palais Nikaia in Nice, France on Nov. 5. Bouts for that event as well as its SuperFight Series undercard will be announced in the coming weeks.
