Just one year ago, Bellator MMA was at the Mohegan Sun Arena for Bellator 207. The card saw one part of the semi-final matchup of the heavyweight grand prix.

In the main event, Ryan Bader dominated Matt Mitrione for all three rounds, using his wrestling to dictate where the fight took place, and advanced to the finals. There, he ended up winning the entire grand prix.

The co-main event saw Sergei Kharitonov knock out Roy Nelson with one second left in the first round. Also on the card was Lorenz Larkin picking up a decision win over Ion Pascu and Corey Browning TKO’ing Kevin Ferguson Jr. in a massive upset. Opening up the main card was Mandel Nallo knocking out Carrington Banks.

Bellator 207 had 9,390 people in attendance for a $981,255 gate.
