9. Josh Koscheck


There has never been much middle ground associated with Koscheck, a man the masses have always loved to hate. Even so, the results speak for themselves.

A semifinalist on Season 1 of “The Ultimate Fighter,” Koscheck was a four-time NCAA All-American wrestler at Edinboro University in Pennsylvania, where he won a national championship and completed his remarkable junior season undefeated at 42-0. His transition to MMA worked out quite well. Koscheck’s 15 Ultimate Fighting Championship victories tie him with Frankie Edgar, Ryan Bader and Tito Ortiz for 14th on the promotion’s all-time list. Wins over Matt Hughes, Diego Sanchez, Anthony Johnson, Frank Trigg and Paul Daley highlight his resume. Koscheck has not aged particularly well and parted ways with the UFC after suffering five straight losses.

Currently under contract to Bellator MMA, Koscheck has not competed since he submitted to a first-round guillotine choke from Erick Silva in March 2015.
