Curtis Blaydes made short work of Junior dos Santos in the UFC Fight Night 166 headliner in Raleigh, North Carolina, but it wasn’t the way most envisioned he would emerge victorious.

“Razor” Blaydes failed to land a single takedown at PNC Arena on Saturday night, but it didn’t matter because his hands were more than enough to get the job done. The Chicago native rocked dos Santos with a big right in the second stanza and then finished the reeling Brazilian with punches and knees near the fence to force the stoppage 1:06 into Round 2. Outside of Francis Ngannou, no one has been able to stop Blaydes in Ultimate Fighting Championship competition.
