Legacy Fighting Alliance on Friday will get back to business when LFA 226 sets down at F&M Bank Arena in Clarksville, Tennessee, where the unbeaten David Allakhverdiev puts his middleweight championship on the line against Joseph Kropschot in the five-round headliner. Meanwhile, Dedrek Saunders tackles Nikolay Kiosse in the lightweight co-main event at 155 pounds.

Allakhverdiev steps back into the spotlight with a pristine 7-0 record. The Ukrainian has finished all seven of his opponents, six of them inside one round. Allakhverdiev last fought at LFA 214, where needed just 63 seconds to punch out John Moore on Aug. 15. On the other side of the equation, Kropschot finds himself on a three-fight winning streak. The 30-year-old Californian last competed on May 9, when he improved to 7-3 and turned back Adland Benson with a rear-naked choke in the second round of their LFA 208 encounter. All 10 of Kropschot’s professional bouts have concluded inside the distance.



LFA 226 also features a middleweight showcase pairing Andrew Stewart with Christian Echols, a women’s strawweight battle pitting Mackenzie Stiller against Kendra McIntyre and a heavyweight confrontation matching Benjamin Wunder with Charlie Cleveland.
