A large helping of Nova União fighters were showcased, including Roni Torres, who faced South Korean Kim Wong Su (Macaco Gold Team). Torres took his adversary down and connected with good punches, opening a cut on Su's face that compelled doctors to intervene.

One of the most anticipated fights pitted two up and coming lightweights. Hacran Dias (Nova União) had the support of the crowd against the tough Willam Chiquerim (Nocaute Sport). The combat was very balanced, with some advantage to Hacran in the ground, mainly due to the takedowns that he applied.

Chiquerim didn't offer an easy time to his adversary, but with this rhythm from beginning to the end, Dias walked out the winner on points.

Spanish Miguel (Ruas Vale Tudo) surprised the experienced Johnny Eduardo (Boxe Thai) and offered one of the best performances of the night. From the start Miguel was devastating. Taking the fight to the ground, Miguel punished his foe with strong punches from inside the guard before Eduardo was forced to quit.

Wendell Oliveira (Mangueira) and Jorge Rodrigues (Kimura/Nova União) would have had the best fight of the night if it hadn't finished in an unexpected way.

Oliveira surprised his adversary early in the fight by scoring a knockdown. Rodrigues felt the blow, but her survived and broke the rules of the fight with a kick in the face, illegal in this event. Without conditions to continue, Oliveira was declared winner due to disqualification.

Marlon Sandro (Nova União) was in action against Marcos Babuino (Macaco Gold Team) in a close fight. Taking fast advantage throughout rounds, Sandro won by decision.

Renan Barão (Kimura/Nova União) was devastating against the tough Erinaldo Pitbull (GBCT). Baron scored a knockdown, but Pitbull recovered. However, he was unable to fully comeback and failed to escape the hard punishment inflicted by Barão, eventually tapping out via footlock in first round.

Eduardo Dantas (Nova União) made a great performance, this time against Fabio Oliveira (Tatá). The combat started with an open trade of blows and some fighting on the canvas, with the fighters moving a lot and distributing many strikes.

As soon as the intense rhythm dissipated, Dantas started to dominate the fight, connecting with a good sequence of blows while avoiding Oliveira's attacks. Dantas dominated on the ground, where he almost finished the fight with a rear-naked choke. Oliveira struggled a lot to escape of the choke, and he did. But he could not conquer the judges, who saw it for Dantas.

Giovani Diniz (Nova União) and Claudiere Freitas (NG Combat) made a fight that electrified the crowd throughout its duration. Freitas started better on the feet, connecting good strikes on Diniz, who tried to take the fight to the ground.

After an attack on an arm, Freitas thought he'd taken the fight. However, the fight was restarted due to a misinterpretation of the judges and Diniz began to take advantage, working well in the ground. The fight ended when Diniz, exhausted by the fast rhythm of the fight, saw his corner throw in the towel.

Another bout that started slow but excited the crowd with the outcome involved Pablo Boiko (Black House) and Augusto Mizuno (RFT), who made his MMA debut.

Boiko attempted pretty takedowns, but didn't find much effectiveness. In the second round, the Black House athlete connected with strikes that dropped Mizuno, who had to give up the combat due to a broken nose.

Julian Soares (RFT) made an even fight against Jose Roberto (Tatá), with few movements and without a large advantage for either athlete. In the second round, the rhythm seemed to be the same until Soares connected with good punches in the guard and put an end to the fight with the interruption of the referee.

Marcio "Zé Pequeno" (Pequeno Team) opened the night's action by facing Denilson Castro (Nova União). "Zé Pequeno" almost made his adversary tap out in a guillotine in the early going, but Castro escaped and started to take advantage by throwing punches through the guard. In the second round, "Zé Pequeno" was taken down, but soon put Castro in a triangle choke that ended the fight.

Headlining the card was a Muay Thai bout between Vitor Miranda (M-13) and young Guto Inocente (RKT - Brasilia). Throughout three rounds, Miranda was always looking to attack Guto, who moving sufficiently to avoid the blows of his adversary.

Miranda connected good combinations and took account of the fight, however without a KO. After three rounds, judges awarded Vitor Miranda to decision. He expects a possibility to fight again in K-1.

Satisfied with the show, Shooto Brazil promoter Andres Pederneiras said he expects to produce a new edition soon, which will allow him to continue matching talented fighters in the Brazilian scene.
