“Chaos” has made a name for himself as a heel, getting under the skin of fellow fighters, including his own teammates Jorge Masvidal and Dustin Poirier, with the latter declaring a fight would break out if he saw him at the gym.
During Jedrzejczyk’s appearance on ESPN’s “Ariel Helwani MMA Show” this week, the former champ says she tries to ignore her teammate Covington as much as possible (via BJPenn.com).
“No, no focus on dumb people,” Joanna Jedrzejczyk said on Ariel Helwani’s MMA Show. “Colby is something else. We let him be. We let him be.”
The Polish-born fighter even went a step further, claiming that she will be cheering on Usman and hopes he beats up her ATT teammate:
“I never wish any fighter to get like hurt; [but] I wish that Usman will beat his ass. I shouldn’t say this because you always should support your people, but Colby is not a friend, he’s just acting weird. He’s an ugly guy,” she continued. “You never talk bad about your teammates, doesn’t matter if you like them or not.”
