The rest of the 125-pound field for Phoenix Rising 2 is currently unknown.
Cooper, 27, went 2-4 during her Octagon tenure. She exited the Las Vegas-based promotion on the heels of back-to-back losses to Mackenzie Dern and Ashley Yoder in 2018. Her two victories in the UFC came against Anna Elmose and Angela Magana. She was a finalist on Season 23 of “The Ultimate Fighter,” losing to Tatiana Suarez at the reality show’s finale.
The Scorpion Fighting System product already has one Invicta FC appearance under her belt, losing to current UFC bantamweight talent Aspen Ladd via second-round armbar in September 2015.
