Something going against Ewell in this fight is the fact that dos Santos will no doubt be the bigger man given his last fight was at featherweight. However, the 31-year-old doesn't believe that will be a factor at all on Saturday.
"That is not a worry at all. Honestly, I believe I will be a [featherweight] in the future, so this is a test to see if I can stick with the featherweights," he said.
Ultimately, "Mr. Highlight" is confident he gets his hand raised int he curtain jerker of UFC Greenville. And, he believes if he strings together two wins in a row, starting against dos Santos, he could very well have a number beside his name. "This fight is going to put me back where I need to be after the loss and then the one after that will put me close to the rankings."
