British promoter BAMMA on Monday added two bouts to BAMMA 26, which is set for Sept. 10 at 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland.
Brian Moore will take on Attila Korkmaz in a featherweight bout, while at light heavyweight, Ben Forsyth will oppose Dave Sweeney.
Moore recently turned his fortunes around after dropping two consecutive bouts. The SBG Ireland fighter has won two straight, with both wins coming via stoppage. He last fought at BAMMA 24, where he knocked Mick Brennan out in just over two minutes.
Korkmaz has also won two straight and six of his last seven. The German last fought in March, when he stopped Leo Zulic. While he’s cornered several fighters in BAMMA events, his fight with “The Pikeman” will be Korkmaz’s first for the promotion.
Forsyth, also from SBG Ireland, will compete in just his second pro MMA fight after winning gold at the 2015 IMMAF European Championships. Sweeney is a 2012 Olympic wrestler from Bolton; his fight with “Spider Monkey” will be his pro MMA debut.
BAMMA 26 will be anchored by a light heavyweight title fight between current champion Paul Craig and challenger Chris Fields. The co-featured bout will see reigning flyweight titleholder Rany Saadeh taking on Andy Young.
