Sherdog.com confirmed the pairing with a promotion official on Tuesday following an initial report from MMAjunkie.com. Bellator 181 takes place at Winstar Casino in Thackerville, Okla., on July 14 and is topped by a lightweight clash between Patricky Freire and Derek Campos.

A former titlist at both 135 and 145 pounds in the California-based organization, Warren is coming off a majority decision defeat to reigning bantamweight champion Eduardo Dantas at Bellator 166 this past December. The 40-year-old Colorado native owns victories over the likes of Georgi Karakhanyan, Patricio Freire, Marcos Galvao, Joe Soto, Dantas and L.C. Davis during his promotional tenure.

Garcia, meanwhile, is 7-1 as a professional and has been victorious in four of his five Bellator appearances. Most recently, the New Mexico native known as “Mean Machine” earned a unanimous verdict against Ronnie Lawrence at Bellator 162.
