A lot of things are changing for me. My career is kind of in limbo. I don’t know when my next fight will be but I know it won’t be in the ufc. I’ve known this for a while now. The only person I can blame is the man I see in the mirror. To make that change I have to change what I see. I’m sure there are people that read that and enjoy seeing my failure, but the people I need to change for the most are the ones that I care about. So if I haven’t responded in time to messages or at all I’m just kind of in a weird place, so sorry for that. I have to prove to myself now that this is my life. “Don’t like the way that I look. I don’t like the the way that I feel. I’m acting like everything is cool but maybe it’s time I keep it real.” #life

The Ultimate Fighting Championship is continuing to cut down its roster, and featherweight Bobby Moffett is the latest casualty.

Moffett took to Instagram on Thursday to announce that he has been released from the Las Vegas-based promotion.

"A lot of things are changing for me. My career is kind of in limbo. I don't know when my next fight will be but I know it won't be in the UFC," part of Moffett's statement read. "I've known this for a while now. The only person I can blame is the man I see in the mirror. To make that change I have to change what I see. I'm sure there are people that read that and enjoy seeing my failure, but the people I need to change for the most are the ones that I care about."

"The Wolfman" went 1-2 inside the Octagon, where he won his debut by controversial submission over Chas Skelly. Following the victory, he dropped decisions to Bryce Mitchell and Enrique Barzola. The 29-year-old was signed to the promotion after an impressive submission win over Jacob Kilburn on Dana White's Contender Series Season 2, Episode 8.

The MMA Lab product is 14-5 as a pro, and should have options for where he fights next.
