New England-based promotion CES MMA will return on Friday with three championship bouts. CES MMA 37 will go down live on AXS TV starting 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT from within the Twin River Casino in Lincoln, R.I.

In the main event, Andre Soukhamthath will defend his bantamweight title against Kin Moy. Soukhamthath captured the title in March when he flattened Kody Nordby with a fifth-round flying knee and at Thursday’s weigh-ins, the champ looked in prime shape. He tipped the scale at 135.5 pounds while challenger Moy came in slightly lighter at 134.

The vacant featherweight title is up for grabs in the co-feature when Matt Bessette take on late-replacement Joe Pingitore. Both combatants came in identically at 145 pounds, clearing the final hurdle for their showdown.

Finally, the CES MMA heavyweight strap will find a home as Ashley Gooch, who came in at 264 pounds, will collide with Greg Rebello. At nearly 20 pounds lighter, Rebello clocked in at 243 pounds for the vacant championship duel.
