Combate Americas 41 Weigh-in Results: Main Event Changes But Everyone Makes Weight

Combate Americas heads back to California for Combate 41, where the main event has changed but every fighter successfully made weight.

In the main event, originally J.C. Llamas was expected to take on Joaquin Lopez. After an opponent change, however, a 130-pound catchweight contest takes the top billing with Zoila Frausto (129.6) taking on Reina Cordoba (128.1). The co-main event will now see Llamas (175.7) fight Ivan Castillo (174.9) at a 175-pound catchweight.

Combate 41, which takes place at the Save Mart Center in Fresno, California, on Friday, Aug. 2 at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT, also features a bantamweight tilt between Isaiah Batin-Gonzalez (135.5) and Jesse Strader (135.8). In the lightweight division, Adrian Guzman (155.4) meets Cesar Gonzalez (155.9). Finally, at flyweights collide, as Paul Elizondo Jr. (125.7) faces Mike Tubera (125.6).
