There has been a change at the top of the upcoming Combate Americas “Mexico vs. USA” card.

The promotion announced on Wednesday that Alejandro Martinez will replace the injured Pablo Sabori and face Adrian Guzman in the evening’s lightweight main event on Feb. 28.
