By Cole Shelton Aug 19, 2019
One fighter missed weight, but all five fights will go on as scheduled for Dana White’s Contender Series, Season 3, Episode 9.

In the main event, welterweights collide as Leon Shahbazyan (171) takes on Phil Rowe (171). The older brother of Ultimate Fighting Championship middleweight Edmen Shahbazyan, L.
