Invicta 16 Weigh-in Results: Ayaka Hamasaki-Amber Brown Atomweight Title Fight OK’d

Now that Ayaka Hamasaki sits atop the Invicta Fighting Championships atomweight division, she faces the difficult task of trying to remain there.

Hamasaki tipped the scales at 104.9 pounds, as she prepares to defend her atomweight championship against Amber Brown (104.7) in the Invicta 16 main event on Friday at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Vanessa Porto (124.4) and Jennifer Maia (124.6) also made weight ahead of their battle for the interim Invicta flyweight title at Thursday’s official weigh-in.

Invicta Fighting Championships 16 “Hamasaki vs. Brown” will stream in its entirety to UFC Fight Pass at 8:30 p.m. ET/5:30 p.m. PT.
