The all-female promotion announced on Tuesday that Shanna Young and Victoria Leonardo will join the bracket after Cheri Muraski and Marilia Santos pulled out of the tournament. Invicta Phoenix Series 2 takes place at Memorial Hall in Kansas City, Kan., on Sept. 6 and streams on UFC Fight Pass at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.

Young is coming off an appearance on Dana White’s Contender Series, where she suffered a second-round submission loss to Sarah Alpar on Aug. 13. The 28-year-old owns a 5-2 professional mark that also includes a loss to Lisa Spangler under the Invicta FC banner.

Leonardo has lost just once in seven professional outings. She is currently on a four-bout winning streak that includes a trio of wins in Invicta. Most recently, she outpointed Stephanie Geltmacher at Invicta FC 36 on Aug. 9.

The other six members of the field are as follows: DeAnna Bennett, Milana Dudieva, Maiju Suotama, Daiana Torquato, Liz Tracy and Miranda Maverick.

Quarterfinal pairings will be determined randomly during weigh-ins on Sept. 5. Both quarterfinal and semifinal bouts will consist of one five-minute round. The championship will be contested over three five-minute frames.

Two flyweight tournament reserve bouts were also announced for the card: Chantel Coates vs. Flore Hani and Kay Hansen vs. TBA.
