The promotion announced the booking on Twitterj. UFC Fight Night 160 goes down in Copenhagen, Denmark, on Sept. 28 and will be headlined by a middleweight bout between Jack Hermansson and Jared Cannonier.
Shore is 11-0 and coming off of a submission win over Scott Malone at CW 104 in April. Before that, he won the vacant title over Mike Ekundayo by TKO in the third round at CW 100. The Welsh fighter has been fighting in the English-based promotion since 2016 and has finished nine of his 10 fights there and 10 of his 11 bouts overall.
Hernandez, meanwhile, is coming off of his UFC debut where he stepped in on short-notice at UFC 239 to take on Marlon Vera. There, he was submitted in the second round after having some success early on. Before that, he had fought in LFA and Bellator and is currently 9-3 as a pro.
