Lightweight Gleison Tibau also took home a handsome sum, as the Brazilian earned both his win bonus and “Submission of the Night” honors for a grand total of $120,000 after choking out Rafaello Oliveira ($10,000) in the second round.
Hard-punching middleweight Brian Stann netted a total of $116,000 for his “Fight of the Night” performance against Jorge Santiago ($106,000), who also received “FOTN” honors despite being knocked out in the second frame.
Heavyweight prospect Travis Browne was awarded a total of $86,000 for delivering “Knockout of the Night” to fellow up-and-comer Stefan Struve ($21,000).
Rounding out the main card, Rick Story earned $34,000 for his unanimous decision victory over the highly-regarded Thiago Alves ($33,000), while Demetrious Johnson took home $12,000 for his contentious unanimous nod over former WEC champ Miguel Torres ($30,000).
