The MMA main attraction on the card saw Jae Woong Kim finish Tetsuya Yamada in One’s featherweight division. “The Fighting God” put a beating on his opponent from the opening bell until he earned the stoppage, which came at the 4:39 mark in the second stanza. Referee Olivier Coste intervened when noticing Yamada was no longer intelligently defending himself from Kim’s ground-and-pound.
Elsewhere, Rade Opacic made a statement at heavyweight when he knocked out veteran Dutch kickboxer Errol Zimmerman. Opacic landed a perfectly executed spinning heel kick to the head that put Zimmerman out at 1:35 of Round 2.
In an MMA contest in One’s bantamweight division, Tyler McGuire prevailed over Agilan Thani by unanimous decision. Earlier that night, Rui Chen blitzed Ali Motamed with a barrage of punches, earning the stoppage at 1:56 of the opening round.
