Parsons began his promotional tenure with back-to-back victories but came up short in his most recent outing, losing a split decision to Bubba Jenkins at Bellator 146. The former Championship Fighting Alliance kingpin is 11-2 as a professional, with six triumphs coming inside the distance.
Piccolotti, meanwhile, is unbeaten in seven fights, including three wins under the Bellator MMA banner. Most recently, the 27-year-old Californian submitted Mario Soto with a second-round rear-naked choke at Bellator 147.
