Juan Archuleta will lock horns with Henry Corrales in a featherweight tilt at Bellator 238.

Sherdog.com confirmed the booking with a promotion official on Monday following an initial report from ESPN.com. Bellator 238 takes place at The Forum in Inglewood, Calif., on Jan. 25 and is headlined by a women’s featherweight title bout between Julia Budd and Cristiane Justino. Sherdog also confirmed that Nate Diaz protege Chris Avila will lock horns with Anthony Taylor in a lightweight affair on the preliminary draw. MMAjunkie.com was first to report that bout.

Archuleta faced Patricio Freire in the opening round of the promotion’s featherweight grand prix at Bellator 228, where he dropped a five-round verdict to the reigning champion. That snapped an 18-bout winning streak for the King of the Cage veteran, who had been victorious in his first five Bellator appearances.

Corrales, meanwhile, dropped a decision to Darrion Caldwell in the opening round of the 145-pound tournament at Bellator 228. That ended a five-bout winning streak within the California-based promotion for the 33-year-old.
