Legacy Fighting Championship has added UFC, WEC and WSOF veteran Miguel Torres to its kickboxing roster.
The former WEC 135-pound ruler, Torres is 43-7 as a mixed martial artist. He is 3-0 in 2014, most recently capturing a split decision against Takahiro Ashida at Rebel Fighting Championship 2 “Battle Royale” on Aug. 1. The 33-year-old was supposed to compete at a Glory kickboxing event in June but had to withdraw due to injury.
Huerta, meanwhile, has competed six times inside the Legacy cage, posting a 4-2 record. The Milennium Martial Arts representative is 6-3 in MMA overall, falling to Xavier Siller via submission in his last outing on Sept. 6.
