A lightweight showdown between Evan Dunham and Rodrigo Damm is set for UFC 182.

Promotion officials announced the pairing on Saturday. UFC 182 takes place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Jan. 3 and features a light heavyweight title clash between Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier. In the evening’s co-headliner, Ronda Rousey defends her women’s bantamweight strap against Cat Zingano.

Dunham has lost four of his last five outings in the Octagon, falling to T.J. Grant, Rafael dos Anjos, Donald Cerrone and Edson Barboza. His last victory came at UFC 156, when he captured a split decision against Gleison Tibau.

Damm, meanwhile, will attempt to halt a two-bout skid when he squares off with Dunham. After beginning 2014 with a three-round verdict over Ivan Jorge on Feb. 15, the 34-year-old Brazilian has dropped consecutive fights at the hands of Rashid Magomedov and Al Iaquinta.
