Lion Fight 20 Weigh-in Results: Jorina Baars, Chantal Ughi Hit Marks Ahead of Title Fight

Jorina Baars will defend her Lion Fight welterweight title against Chantal Ughi at Lion Fight 20 on Friday. Both women weighed in at 141 pounds during weigh-ins on Thursday.

The Las Vegas-based muay Thai promotion’s first event of 2015 will emanate from Foxwoods Resort and Casino in Ledyard, Conn., and air live on AXS TV.

Baars is best known for her Lion Fight 14 performance against Cristiane Justino, where she won the championship. The Dutch fighter was slated to face Casey Bohrman, but an injury derailed the bout and set up Friday’s rematch.
