Marc Diakiese to Face Steven Ray at UFC London on March 21

A lightweight clash pitting Marc Diakiese against Steven Ray has been added to the UFC London lineup.

Promotion officials announced the contest on Tuesday. UFC London takes place at the O2 Arena and is headlined by a welterweight showdown between Tyron Woodley and Leon Edwards.

After enduring a three-bout skid from 2017 to 2018, Diakiese rallied to score back-to-back decision victories over Joseph Duffy and Lando Vannatta in 2019. “Bonecrusher” is 5-3 in the Octagon and 14-3 as a professional overall.

Ray, meanwhile, went 1-1 in 2019. He fell to Leonardo Santos via first-round knockout at UFC Fight Night 153 before taking a majority decision against Michael Johnson at UFC Fight Night 162 this past October. Ray is 7-4 during his promotional tenure and is 23-9 over the course of his professional career.
