Bellator 219 takes place at Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, Calif., on March 29 and is headlined by a lightweight clash between Saad Awad and Brandon Girtz. The main card airs on Paramount Network and DAZN at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT.
Jasper, 35, will enter his promotional debut with a 13-4 career record. He was eliminated on the opening day of “The Ultimate Fighter 17” and has competed in organizations such as Resurrection Fighting Alliance and Legacy Fighting Championship over the course of his professional tenure.
A former welterweight champion, Koreshkov was eliminated from the Bellator 170-pound grand prix in a fifth-round submission loss to Douglas Lima on Sept. 29. The 28-year-old Russian is 21-3, with two of those losses coming against Lima.
