Interim featherweight king Salahdine Parnasse will defend his title against Ivan Buchinger at KSW 52, the Polish promotion announced Monday.

KSW 52 takes place in Gliwice, Poland, on Dec. 7 and is headlined by a 187-pound catchweight duel between Scott Askham and Mamed Khalidov. In the co-main event, Damian Janikowski will square off against Szymon Kolecki in a 202-pound catchweight affair.

Parnasse is unbeaten in 14 professional appearances, with a draw on the regional circuit against LiGe Teng in June 2016 the only blemish on his ledger to this point. The 21-year-old Frenchman has been victorious in his first four KSW bouts, including a second-round TKO of Roman Szymanski to claim the interim crown this past April.

Slovakia’s Buchinger will enter the contest with a 36-6 professional mark that includes stints in M-1 Challenge and Cage Warriors Fighting Championship. The 33-year-old Team MMA Spirit member has won four consecutive bouts.
