Terrion Ware missed weight for his headlining bout against Joe Soto at Wednesday’s Tachi Palace Fights 20 weigh-ins, and as a result, their proposed bantamweight championship bout will now be a non-title affair.
TPF Fights takes place at the Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino in Lemoore, Calif., on Thursday night. The card, which now features two championship fights, streams exclusively on Sherdog.com.
In the co-main event, Nate Loughran (167.4) will take on Ricky Legere Jr. (170) for welterweight gold. Meanwhile, the flyweight title will be up for grabs when Hector Sandoval (123.6) enters the cage against Ryan Hollis (124.6).
In undercard action, UFC veteran Antonio Banuelos (125.8) will fight undefeated Joby Sanchez (125.8). Elsewhere, former World Series of Fighting competitor Angel DeAnda (196) will return to TPF for the first time since TPF 15 in a 205-pound tilt against Matt Lagler (196.8).
