TUF 11 Finale Bonuses & Awards

In addition to winning “The Ultimate Fighter 11,” Court McGee earned a $25,000 “Submission of the Night” bonus after submitting Kris McCray on Saturday in Las Vegas.

McGee took McCray’s back in the second round and finished him with a rear-naked choke at 3:41.

Chris Leben, a veteran of the first “Ultimate Fighter,” won a $25,000 “Knockout of the Night” bonus for stopping Aaron Simpson. Leben lost the first round, but he turned the second period into a brawl. He rocked Simpson with punches and pursued him across the cage before referee Josh Rosenthal intervened at 4:17.

Co-headliners Matt Hamill and Keith Jardine each won a $25,000 bonus for the “Fight of the Night.” The light heavyweight bout, which played out almost entirely on the feet, went the distance. Hamill won the slugfest via majority decision (29-27, 29-27, 29-28).
