The promotion recently announced the bout, which takes place at the Grady Cole Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, and airs on AXS-TV at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT. In the evening’s co-main event, Dylan Cala will face Tony Gravely in a featherweight pairing. Additionally, Alexa Conners will face Talita de Oliveira in a women’s bantamweight tilt, while Nathan Maness will compete against an opponent to be determined.

Moises, the former Resurrection Fighting Alliance lightweight champion, has been victorious in nine of his 10 professional bouts thus far. The 22-year-old Brazilian last appeared at RFA 44, where he defended his crown with a five-round verdict over current Bellator MMA talent Zach Freeman on Sept. 30.

Watley, 27, will be making his LFA debut. The Charlotte Hall, Md., native has won seven consecutive fights since falling in his first professional outing on June 21, 2014. Watley last appeared at Xtreme Caged Combat 27, where he stopped Josh Visel via third-round TKO on Feb. 24.
