Two new middleweight bouts have been added to the "The Ultimate Fighter 21" finale.

The UFC on Friday announced Caio Magalhaes will lock horns with Josh Samman, while Trevor Smith will square off against Dan Miller in a pair of 185-pound contests on July 12.

Magalhaes has won four straight bouts since losing his UFC debut to Buddy Roberts in June 2012. The Brazilian has stopped three of the four, including back-to-back knockouts of Luke Zachrich and Smith. “Hellboy” will look to continue his winning ways against Samman, who is on a positive streak of his own.

Samman has won three straight and eight of nine overall. His lone loss during this stretch came at the hands of Dan Cramer in June 2011 on the Bellator 46 card. He has since scored three stoppages in a row, most recently a head-kick knockout of Eddie Gordon on the UFC 181 card back in December.

Smith has been struggling lately, but “Hot Sauce” is looking to turn things around when he fights Miller. Smith has dropped five of his last eight bouts, including the loss to Magalhaes. Miller has had similar difficulties inside the cage. He was last seen getting stopped by Jordan Mein via punches in the first round at UFC 158. He’s come up short in six of his last nine bouts overall.

The Ultimate Fighter 21 finale will take place Sunday, July 12 inside the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The main event of the card is a welterweight skirmish between Jake Ellenberger and Stephen Thompson. Anchoring that tussle is the finals of the reality show as well as a featured women’s strawweight match between Michelle Waterson and Angela Magana.
