The Ultimate Fighting Championship has officially confirmed two more bouts for its first trip to Sacramento, Calif., in almost three year.
The most notable of the two is Andre Fili taking on Sheymon Moraes in a featherweight affair. The 28-year-old Fili trains in Sacramento at Team Alpha Male and is coming off of a decision win over Myles Jury. He also holds wins over the likes of Dennis Bermudez and Artem Lobov, among others.
Moraes, meanwhile, is coming off of a decision loss to Sodiq Yusuff at UFC Philadelphia. The loss snapped a two-fight winning streak that featured decision wins over Matt Sayles and Julio Arce.
The other scrap is a bantamweight bout between Team Alpha Male’s Pingyuan Liu taking and Jonathan Martinez. Liu is riding a nine-fight winning streak, including both of his UFC appearances. Martinez, on the other hand, got back to his winning ways last time out in a decision win over Wuliji Buren.
Currently, no headliner has been announced for the ESPN+ event, which takes place at the Golden 1 Center on July 13.
