Montreal’s Olivier Aubin-Mercier has progressed onto the next phase of his career as he thrashed Drew Dober and submitted him in the second round at UFC 206 (online betting).

Aubin-Mercier used a vastly-improved striking game to rock and bust Dober up from the outside and when the fight got to the canvas, Dober had no chance. Dober knocked the contender down early in the second, but Aubin-Mercier eventually slithered onto the American’s back and sunk in the rear-naked choke. The Tri Star fighter never relented until Dober tapped, the end coming officially at 2:57 of the second.
