Choinski is being beaten to the punch here. Choinski takes the back of Mederos while standing and then jumps on his back while looking for a rear-naked choke. Choinski has his arm around the chin of Mederos and has a hook in. Mederos defends well, and Choinski jumps back down, abandoning his attempt. Mederos is able to break away and lands a solid low kick. Some lovely calf kicks landing for Mederos, who is clearly the better striker. A nice 1-2 for Mederos lands. 30 seconds left in the round. Choinski lands two right hands while Mederos starts talking.

Choinski lands a nice 1-2 to start the round. Mederos fires back with a straight right hand of his own. Choinski lands a leg kick and is varying up his offense. Mederos is working his jab well. A big left hook lands for Mederos as both men exchange a combination. Choinski whiffs a spinning backfist. Choinski gets Mederos against the cage and is going for a single-leg takedown. Mederos lands an elbow and is able to exit the clinch. A leg kick knocks Choinski down, but he gets up after eating a few punches. Mederos lands a knee to the head. Another leg kick brings Choinski to the ground. Choinski goes for a desperate takedown and gets it. Choinski takes the back and is looking for a rear-naked choke. Mederos stands up and is able to shake his opponent off. Choinski is down again after eating another leg kick as he's not checking the kicks.

Round 3

Choinski throws a head kick to open up the third round, but it is blocked. Mederos shrugs off a double-leg takedown attempt. Mederos lands another leg kick, and Choinski falls to the ground. Another leg kick and a stomp to the calf has Choinski in massive pain. Mederos allows his opponent up. Another leg kick lands. Mederos is working his jab and then landing more leg kicks. Choinski is slowly walking towards his opponent, showing heart but limited skills. Mederos is jabbing away but isn't looking for the finish. Choinski clinches against the fence. Choinski is able to drag Mederos down and is now in mount position. Choinski is looking for an arm-triangle choke but can't quite set it up. Mederos gives up his back with a minute left. Choinski looks for a rear-naked choke with 30 seconds left. High drama, but he can't get his arm under the chin. Mederos gets back to his feet just before the fight ends.

Lightweight action continues with Gasper Oliver as the referee. Salkilld and his mustache open the fight with a jab. Ashmouz wastes no time getting in close and clinching. Salkilld gets back to his feet after being tossed to the ground, but can't exit the clinch. Not a problem as Salkilld gets a takedown as Ashmouz gives up his back before standing back up. Ashmouz uses a fence grab to prevent another takedown. Salkilld now controlling the grappling exchange, landing knees and short elbows. Ashmouz eats a knee and finally backs off. Salkilld lands a hard low kick. A nice uppercut from Salkilld, who then gets a brief takedown. Ashmouz works his way back to his feet. Salkilld then carries Ashmouz and slams his foe down, showing that he's dominant in all facets of this match. Ashmouz is trying to get back up but is eating punches. Another fence grab from Ashmouz. Nice knee to the body from Salkilld as they're both against the fence. Beautiful throw by Salkilld, who then takes the back of Ashmouz. Salkilld loses position with 20 seconds left and then gets back to his feet. Both men throw wildly, and Ashmouz lands a nice left hook before the round expires.

Round 2

Salkilld eats a heavy leg kick to start the second frame. Ashmouz then gives up yet another takedown as Salkilld enters half guard. Ashmouz is able to get back to his feet but is dragged back down. Salkilld sneaking punches under the arm to the face of Ashmouz. Salkilld can't keep his opponent down, but stuffs a takedown attempt from Ashmouz and then drags him down again. This round is all Salkilld, who takes the back of his opponent and lands some punishing punches. Ashmouz is able to get back up but is still in the clinch. The grappling of Salkilld is smothering, and he gets yet another takedown as he throws his opponent to the ground. They're back on their feet, and Ashmouz uses leg kicks to manage distance. Ashmouz grabs the neck of Salkilld during a takedown attempt, and the round expires with the two clinched against the fence.

Round 3

Ashmouz lands a big left hook. Salkilld answers back with a kick to the body and uses his range to land a standing elbow. Big left hook and a straight right from Ashmouz hurts him! Salkilld composes himself and lands a knee. Ashmouz gets reckless and gives up the takedown. That might've been his best chance in the fight. Ashmouz gets back up, but Salkilld is kneeing his legs and looking to drag him back down. A big right hook lands for Ashmouz. Salkilld is being backed up to the cage and is eating shots as a result. Another left hook for Ashmouz lands before a leg kick. Nice uppercut from Ashmouz, who is looking to finish this fight. Salkilld answers back with a left hook to the body. Ashmouz walks into a right hand, but follows it up with two swinging hooks that find their mark. Salkilld can't get a takedown and then eats a left hand. Ashmouz throws a head kick but slips, costing him precious time. One minute left, and Ashmouz is throwing hands while Salkilld is desperate to grapple. They clinch with Salkilld being able to slow this fight down. Ashmouz rolls to the ground and lands some punches in desperation as the round expires.

A standout victory for Yoo, who never gave Saragih a chance.

The second frame sees da Silva constantly switching stances as she doesn't want her left leg damaged. A nice left hook lands for da Silva, who then eats several punches to the body inside the clinch. Da Silva eats another leg kick, which causes her to abandon her forward attack. Wang scores with a right hand to the body. Da Silva lands a left hook that catches Wang. Both women having their moments, as Wang lands a right hook of her own. Another thudding kick for Wang, this time on the inside. Da Silva is showing discomfort from the damage to the leg. Wang is working her jab and is getting in control as da Silva walks into punches. Nice head kick from da Silva, who is looking for a knockout blow. Wang lands a leg kick that floors da Silva. Wang allows her opponent up as the round expires shortly after.

Wang opens up with a big left hook. Both women are looking to trade. Da Silva throws a head kick and then a right hook, but both come up short. Wang slips in a right hand as she dodges the attack of da Silva. Wild flurries are being thrown by da Silva, but she keeps eating shots in return while mostly whiffing. Wang finding success with her jab and keeping da Silva from charging forward as much. Left hook for Wang lands. Da Silva is struggling to find any momentum, but lands a nice body kick. A 1-2 for Wang finds its home. 90 seconds left. A step-in knee for da Silva lands. Wang answers with a left hook and then a leg kick. Wang isn't aggressive but is controlling the action. Nice straight left for da Silva. Wang ends the fight with a left hook, then two straight rights before landing one final 1-2 for good measure.

Our first welterweight fight of the night is overseen by Mike Beltran. Gustafsson comes out charging and clinches with Williams. Gustafsson lands a knee and is looking to use his Greco-Roman wrestling to take the fight to the ground. Williams defends well, as both men land knees in the clinch. Gustafsson is doing more damage, but it's largely a stalemate as the crowd boos. Beltran breaks the fighters up. Gustafsson wastes no time, charging forward and landing an uppercut. A big right hand lands for Gustafsson, who follows it up with a right hook. It's reckless offense, but it's undeniably working for him. Gustafsson clinches again but can't keep Williams there. A left hook lands for Gustafsson, who is throwing wild hooks. Most are missing, but Williams hasn't been able to land much in response. They clinch with Williams staying on his feet but eating more knees. This is an exhausting pace by Gustafsson. Williams landing some hard knees of his own. The round ends with Gustafsson slipping a knee and an elbow in.

Williams looks tired to start the second frame. Gustafsson charges forward and gets back into the clinch where the last round left off. Knees to the leg of Williams lands for Gustafsson. Williams is able to exit. A nice right straight lands for Williams, but Gustafsson is closing space. A jab for Gustafsson hurts Williams, and the two men wind up back in the clinch again. An uppercut for Gustafsson lands, and then a huge left hook. Williams is trying to pick his shots, but simply can't keep up with this pace. Gustafsson lands a knee and then trips Williams to the ground. Gustafsson allows Williams up and then puts him back on the ground. Williams is back to his feet and then eats a knee to the face. Gustafsson drags his opponent to the ground. This is a one-sided beatdown. Gustafsson cuts Williams, who gets to his feet only to eat more knees. Big elbows from Gustafsson. Williams is back to his feet but just eating knees. Gustafsson slips in an uppercut and then an elbow. Brutal offense from Gustafsson, who ends the round in the clinch with another elbow.

Round 3

Gustafsson begins the round as expected, charging forward and getting Williams into the clinch. Williams isn't able to escape and is getting kneed and shoulder-checked. They are fighting as if they're in a phone booth. Uppercuts and elbows are being landed by Gustafsson. Williams is occasionally throwing back, but doesn't have the power to keep Gustafsson honest at this point. Gustafsson takes the back of Williams while standing. Gustafsson trips Williams to the floor and unloads with elbows while in side control. Williams is able to scramble to his feet, but is eating knee after knee. Gustafsson takes him down again. Williams has nothing less. Gustafsson has his back and is landing punch after punch until the fight ends. A total thrashing.

Spivac goes to the body with left hands. Cortes-Acosta is trying to circle out but can't free himself of the clinch. They finally break. Cortes-Acosta resets after eating a jab and then lands a big right hand. Spivac is walking down Cortes-Acosta and keeping him against the cage. The two heavyweights trade jabs. Cortes-Acosta throws a front kick up the middle and then a leg kick. Spivac ends the round defending well as Cortes-Acosta gets more aggressive.

Round 2

Spivac once again takes the center of the cage. A big overhand right connects for Cortes-Acosta, who then throws hard to the body. Despite losing the first round, Cortes-Acosta is finding his confidence inside the cage. Spivac is much less active this round. Spivac's jabs are landing. The two trade hooks, with Spivac landing. Hard leg kicks from Cortes-Acosta, who has the more varied attack. Spivac clinches but can't keep him there. Cortes-Acosta's shorts just ripped, but it isn't impacting the action. Cortes-Acosta lands another leg kick, but that allows Spivac to charge forward with a takedown attempt. Cortes-Acosta stays on his feet and then lands a 1-2. Spivac answers back with a high kick that doesn't quite land. Cortes-Acosta is jabbing and going to the body with his punches. Spivac looks to be slowing down as he's unable to match the volume of punches of Cortes-Acosta. 30 seconds left. The two trade jabs. A nice jab to the body by Cortes-Acosta. The round ends with Cortes-Acosta landing a hook to the body.

Round 3

Cortes-Acosta gets a new pair of shorts on between rounds, so that crisis is averted. Cortes-Acosta is working his jab well. A huge overhand right hand lands for Spivac. Cortes-Acosta pretends to be totally dazed by the punch, which glances off the side of his head, but Spivac doesn't bite. Cortes-Acosta tries to catch Spivac but eats a big elbow instead. Spivac has the momentum with three minutes left. A nice step-in knee for Cortes-Acosta. Spivac misses with a high kick and then looks to clinch. Cortes-Acosta slips out and answers with a 1-2 combination. Two minutes left. Spivac throws a big right hand, but he's being peppered away at by Cortes-Acosta. Cortes-Acosta is showing some fatigue, as he isn't throwing back after slipping punches like he was earlier. Spivac goes for another takedown and picks up Cortes-Acosta. However, Cortes-Acosta gets back to his feet before Spivac can take advantage of the situation. Spivac is eating jabs while whiffing overhand rights. A big straight right lands for Spivac right before the round expires, but it might be too little, too late.

Mike Beltran is back for a third straight fight as referee, which is very odd and rarely seen in the UFC. Murzakanov takes the center of the cage. A big overhand left comes up short for Murzakanov. Ribeiro throws a head kick that is blocked, and is threatening from the outside. A solid leg kick lands for Ribeiro. Murzakanov blocks a kick and then nearly connects with a left hook, but Ribeiro is able to catch him with a straight right instead. Murzakanov connects with a left hand that clearly hurts Ribeiro. Murzakanov doubles down with another left hook that wobbles Ribeiro, who falls to the floor. Murzakanov goes into side control and starts landing ground and pound. Ribeiro gives up his back and continues eating punches until he taps to strikes. A total beatdown once Murzakanov started to find his mark.

Vitor Ribeiro will oversee our last preliminary fight. Silva immediately scores a knockdown with his opening leg kick. Van pops back up. Both men are feeling each other out early. Silva scores with several inside leg kicks. Van fires back with a jab and then a straight right hand just barely misses. Silva scores again with a leg kick. Van lands a right-hand counter and then sneaks in an uppercut after Silva tries to flurry. The sharp striking of Van is really hurting Silva each time he lands. Silva tries to enter by charging forward. A straight right that is followed by a left hook floors Silva. Van is in complete control. Van lands a left hook as Silva misses with an overhand right. Silva goes back to his leg kicks, which is the only success he is having. Silva is eating jabs.

Round 2

Van comes out aggressive to start the second round. Silva clinches with Van to slow down the pace, but can't keep control of him. Van is working his jab while avoiding the punches of Silva. Van sneaks in a jab as Silva tries to throw a hook. Silva's face is reddened, while it doesn't look like Van has taken a single punch. Silva goes back to leg kicks, which are still effective. Nice hook to the body for Silva, who tries to throw a front kick, but it misses. Van drops Silva with a straight right hand that came as Silva was rushing forward. Van scores with ground and pound, but Silva gets back to his feet and charges for a takedown. While successful, Silva can't keep Van on the ground. Van lands a right hook that wobbles Silva. Van lands a knee to Silva as his opponent was changing levels. Van is in guard and lands punches before letting Silva up as the round expires.

Round 3

Silva uses the outside and lands a nice body kick. Van is working his jab well and then slips in a right straight. It feels as if every punch Van throws finds its mark. A nice 1-2 lands for Van, who follows it up with an uppercut. Silva is throwing back, even if he's outgunned and is showing some serious toughness. Van eats a right hand, which Silva follows with a leg kick. So far, this is Silva's best round, but he's still getting pieced up. A right hand for Van lands, bloodying the nose of Silva. A heavy jab lands for Van before landing another 1-2. Silva walks into a right hook, which stuns him. Van takes full advantage as he charges forward with uppercuts that knock Silva down, and then Van rains down punches for the TKO victory.

Round 1

The referee for our main card opener is Keith Peterson. Luque takes the center of the Octagon, while Holland is already talking. Luque catches a kick, but Holland lands a half-dozen punches and makes his opponent pay for just standing there. A left hook from Luque hits the shoulder of Holland. Luque follows up a left hook with a nice leg kick. Holland lands a nice elbow that hurts Luque, who fires back with an overhand that keeps Holland from pressuring. Luque lands a double jab, which isn't enough to keep Holland from talking every second of this fight. There is a huge knot on the side of Luque's head where the elbow landed. It looks nasty. Luque stuns Holland with a left hook, but Holland responds nicely by slipping a punch and landing a right hook. Nice jab to the body by Holland. Luque lands a leg kick, which allows Holland to land a right hand. High kick from Holland is blocked.

Round 2

The round starts with Holland missing a huge right hook. Luque is struggling with the length of Holland, who is able to attack from a distance. Holland catches a kick from Luque and pushes him to the ground. Luque tries to get up, but Holland sinks in a brabo choke. It looks tight, and Luque is forced to tap.

Keith Peterson will officiate "Patchy" Mix's UFC debut. They touch gloves. Bautista wastes no time and starts punching to the body and throwing leg kicks. Bautista is throwing out jabs and straight rights at Mix. Nice right hand to the body by Bautista. Mix eats a 1-2 and hasn't been able to get anything off. Mix is starting to throw his jab, but is eating leg kicks from Bautista. Mix is backed up by a right hand from Bautista. Mix is starting to throw his own kicks and slowly getting more comfortable inside the Octagon. Nice right straight for Bautista that stings Mix. Bautista is repeatedly throwing 1-2 combinations and having success. Two minutes left. Mix throwing some half-hearted leg kicks that aren't landing. Bautista is having success going to the body. Nice body kick by Bautista. Mix is standing still and getting hit without showing much defense or doing anything offensively. Very poor first impression on the big stage. The round ends with Bautista stinging Mix with a combination.

The final round opens with Mix being more aggressive as he knows he needs a finish. Mix goes for a desperate takedown and eats punches from Bautista as a result. Bautista is repeatedly finding a home for his right hand. Mix is now cut above his right eye. Bautista is in full control, jabbing away and outclassing Mix. Bautista eats a 1-2 but answers back with a low kick of his own. Mix lands a slapping body kick. Mix is chasing after Bautista but is unable to land much. Pyfer is working his jab and waiting to throw power punches. Gastelum is a bit gun-shy but starts throwing out leg kicks. Pyfer has been less effective since the early success and isn't throwing much. Gastelum is continuing to land leg kicks. Pyfer eats a left hand to the body, but lands a head kick in response. Gastelum comes forward, which allows Pyfer to deck him with a right hook. Gastelum is knocked down, but Pyfer allows him up again. The round ends shortly thereafter.

Round 2

Gastelum looks composed to start the second frame. Gastelum throws a looping left hand that misses. Pyfer lands a nice uppercut on Gastelum as he comes in. Both men are hand-fighting a lot. A nice 1-2 combination from Pyfer stuns Gastelum, who tries to land a left hook but only hits the air. Pyfer is being very patient. Gastelum punches the air, unable to find Pyfer's chin. Nice leg kick from Gastelum. Pyfer is solely looking for the knockout and is headhunting. Gastelum lands with his jab, although his own nose is quite bloodied. Gastelum is having a much better round and is busier than Pyfer, even if he's not landing the harder punches. Pyfer ends the round with a combination that scores.

Round 3

Gastelum takes the center of the cage and lands a straight left hand before throwing a hard right hand. Gastelum teases a takedown attempt but then goes over the top with a right hand. Gastelum does kung-fu hand movements and eats a right hand from Pyfer in response. Pyfer is telegraphing that he is looking for straight right hands. Gastelum is starting to throw out his jab more. They are both punching on the outside. Harrison tosses out a front kick. Harrison is able to clinch and is looking for a trip, which she gets. Harrison is in side control with half a round left. Pena recovers full guard. Harrison postures up to land a lunging punch before Pena is able to regain control. Pena lands two illegal upkicks against Harrison, and a point is rightfully deducted. The women are restarted on their feet, and the round ends shortly afterward.

Round 2

Harrison opens with a nice straight left hand and then a low kick. Pena keeps eating leg kicks. Harrison clinches the champ against the cage. Knees land for Harrison, who is outmuscling the titleholder. Pena is making Harrison work for it, though, as she's able to stay on her feet for over a minute before getting taken down. Harrison is in full guard, but she postures up in order to land some punches. Pena gives up her back with 90 seconds left. Harrison moves into half guard and is looking for an arm-triangle choke. Harrison gives up on the choke and goes for a kimura. The submission is locked in, and Harrison cranks on the arm to force Pena to tap with just seconds left and win the championship. Total domination from Harrison, who is the best women's bantamweight in the world.

O'Malley is keeping space with kicks and his jab. Dvalishvili is keeping the pressure on, forcing O'Malley to constantly move. A right hand for Dvalishvili lands, and the champion is then able to get a takedown. O'Malley is quick to get back up, although he grabs the fence. Dvalishvili stays clinched and leans a knee. O'Malley lands his own knee, but gets off-balance and slips. Dvalishvili lands a nice left hook before going for a double-leg takedown. Dvalishvili puts O'Malley immediately back down after he gets back to his feet. The fight is fully in Dvalishvili's control. Dvalishvili is in half guard and landing punches with 30 seconds left. Dvalishvili scrambles well into north-south position and is able to lock in a modified guillotine choke. This looks tight, and O'Malley taps. It's over, and Dvalishvili retains with his second-ever submission win.
