Good news for MMA fans from England, as Liverpool's own heavyweight fighter Tom Aspinall has just signed with the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

Cage Warriors Fighting Championship veteran Aspinall (7-2) has earned the access to the big leagues after going on a three-bout winning streak. In his last fight, the Englishman blitzed Michael Ben Hamouda in the opening stanza at CW 107. Prior to that, he added a TKO victory to his record after an unfortunate leg injury stopped Sofiane Boukichou at CW 101. Before leaving MMA to dedicate three years to professional boxing, he crushed Kamil Bazelak at FCC 16 back in 2016. In his short boxing stint, Aspinall secured a KO in 2017.

All seven victories of the Team Kaobon representative have come in the first round. The former UFC welterweight title challenger Darren Till's sparring partner has now become the 93rd Cage Warriors alum to sign with the Las Vegas-based promotion.
