The UFC light heavyweight champ donated $20,000 in winter coats from Burlington Coat Factory to those in need in what he called a “Christmas Feast,” according to KRQE. Approximately 500 people showed up as Jones partnered with local non-profit Steelbridge and Legacy Church to also provide a free lunch for anyone who attended. Toys were also handed out to children.

“We have a lot of homeless, we have a lot of mentally ill in this community, and a lot of these guys are just misunderstood,” Jones told KRQE. “They need help, and keeping them warm is just going to be a great start for a better future.”

Jones will return to the Octagon for his next title defense against Dominick Reyes at the Toyota Center in Houston on Feb. 8.

"It's a blessing to give, spread love," Jones added in a post on his Instagram account.
