Ryan Janes vs. Gerald Meerschaert
Round 1
Janes comes out upright and fires straight punches that back up Meerschaert to the fence. The Canadian clinches up and trips Meerschaert to the floor at the base of the fence, where Janes quickly passes to half guard. Meerschaert regains full guard and throws up an armbar that has Janes tapping in an instant, and the crowd goes silent at the shock submission. The Official Result
Gerald Meerschaert def. Ryan Janes via Submission (Armbar) R1 1:34Jack Marshman vs. Thiago Santos
Round 1
The middleweights spend 30 seconds dancing in and out of range before Santos scores with low kicks, then a pair of stinging right hands as Marshman tries to come inside. Marshman gets backed up to the wall, where Santos changes levels and hits a quick takedown. "Marreta" postures up to place some hard punches on the face of Marshman, then stands up and kicks at the prone fighter's legs. Santos dives back down to Marshman's full guard with three minutes on the clock. Marshman looks to swing his legs around for an armbar, can't get it, but does manage to kick away Santos and scramble to his feet at the halfway point of round one. The pace slows for a minute, neither man committing to strikes, but things pick up again when Santos begins attacking with more low kicks and a spinning body shot. Marshman presses forward and counters a low kick with an overhand right, and Santos hits the deck. Back up comes the Brazilian, trying to regain his footing as Marshman looks to size him up for a follow-up blow. Marshman briefly looks for a guillotine, then releases and flings a few more punches, but it looks like Santos has recovered by the end of the round.Sherdog Scores

Round 2
Santos looks a bit more tentative after being rocked at the end of round one, while Marshman is slowly pushing forward, moving the Brazilian backward around the cage. Santos lands a few more leg kicks, but again Marshman is able to time one and come over the top with a right hand. Santos hops backward, resets and catches the incoming Marshman with a spinning wheel kick to the temple, sending the Welshman to the ground. Santos pounces immediately and lands a pair of punches; Marshman still appears to be conscious and defending himself, but referee Brad Jardine decides he has seen enough and steps in to halt the bout. The Official Result
Thiago Santos def. Jack Marshman via TKO (Spinning Wheel Kick and Punches) R2 2:21Reginaldo Vieira vs. Aiemann Zahabi
Round 1
Zahabi presses forward with hands high, landing a few kicks to Vieira's chest in the opening minute. Vieira throws a pair of low kicks but they're checked by Zahabi, who slides backward to dodge a wild four-punch combo from the Brazilian. Switching between stances while working Vieira backward to the wall, Zahabi opens up with a sharp left hook, then a left high kick that has Vieira on wobbly legs. Vieira circles away before Zahabi can tack on any further damage. Zahabi gets inside again, sticks a left hand and tries another head kick behind it, but Vieira gets a glove up to block this one. Vieira changes levels, shoots and completes a takedown at the 1:40 mark, but Zahabi is back on his feet 15 seconds later. Vieira fakes a shot and comes back up to clock Zahabi with a clean left hook. A pair of uppercuts sneak through for Vieira in the final minute of the round, and the Brazilian completes another takedown just before time runs out.Sherdog Scores

Round 2
Vieira slides backward to avoid Zahabi's kicks early in round two, and the Brazilian comes back to swing a pair of hard hooks in the pocket while Zahabi is leaning in. Zahabi continues to come forward, keeping Vieira's back near the fence, but the Canadian's offense has dropped off significantly from the first frame. Vieira occasionally comes off the cage to throw a kick or uppercut, but he's having trouble with reach against the longer man. Vieira tries a single-leg takedown on the fence, now about halfway through the round, but Zahabi digs an underhook and pushes him away. Vieira pops Zahabi with a couple punches and shoots again just behind them, but again Zahabi is able to sprawl and stay upright. The bantamweights separate with one minute left in the round; Vieira is sticking jabs, both men buzzing with hooks, but it's Zahabi who comes up big with a right hook knockdown in the closing seconds. Zahabi tries to mount and finish the job, but Vieira shifts underneath and is saved by the bell.Sherdog Scores

Round 3
After a slow opening minute in which Vieira again struggles with range, the Brazilian plants a few hard chops on Zahabi's lead leg. Zahabi snuffs out a brief takedown attempt, presses forward and takes another couple kicks to the leg. Vieira continues to be backed up against the fence, tries to sprint away and reset to counter the incoming Zahabi, but he's not getting much behind the punches. Zahabi continues to shut down shots when Vieira reaches for his legs. Zahabi sticks a jab, gets a counter left hook on the chin in return. Vieira dives for a takedown attempt with one minute left, lifts and slams Zahabi, but before he's placed on the ground, Zahabi plants an arm and posts up. Vieira tries to jump on his opponent's back, but Zahabi is on his feet already. Zahabi has Vieira on the retreat with some hard left hands in the closing moments, and Vieira finishes the fight shooting for a single on the fence.Sherdog Scores

Round 1
Markos crouches low, leaning in on Esparza to snap off a jab, then shuffling her feet and dancing around the wrestler. Esparza slips her head off-center to dodge the next jabs from Markos, but "Cookie Monster" isn't throwing much back in Markos' direction. Markos lands another couple jabs, but now she leaves her face hanging out for Esparza to hit with some sharp counter right hands. With 90 seconds on the clock, Esparza shoots and completes a takedown in the center of the cage. Straight to north-south position goes Esparza, but Markos kicks up her legs and nearly catches Esparza in a reverse triangle choke. Markos winds up with a crucifix, Esparza sitting up, and the Canadian scores with a dozen or so solid punches before Esparza can escape.Sherdog Scores

Round 2
Esparza comes forward swinging and closes the gap to clip Markos with a pair of hooks. Another left hand catches the backpedaling Markos, then another behind it in quick succession. Markos strikes back with a combo of her own, but Esparza is still control of the cage, stepping inside and cracking Markos with punches almost at will. Markos walks through some punches to press Esparza against the fence, and "Quiet Storm" leaves the brief tie-up with a hard right hand for Esparza's face. Ninety seconds left in the round, and Esparza continues to control the center of the cage, with a noticeably slower Markos moving around the outside. Esparza hits a takedown with 60 seconds on the clock and transitions into a perfect arm-triangle choke setup, but Markos traps one of her opponent's feet and survives to see the final round.Sherdog Scores

Round 3
Markos comes out with guns blazing and tries to chase down Esparza with punches; Esparza changes levels and looks to take down the Canadian, but Markos shuts it down to stay standing. Markos stands, resets and whirls around to catch the incoming Esparza with a spinning backfist, but "Cookie Monster" eats it and seems no worse for wear. Esparza misses with a pair of long punches and gets her head snapped back by Markos' return-fire right hand. Markos sprawls on a single-leg, but Esparza lands a pair of knees in the clinch before they separate. Halfway through the final round, Markos is back to leaning forward, hands low, trying to bait Esparza inside. Markos sidesteps a takedown attempt, swings wild punches at the shooting Esparza, then gets taken down anyway. Markos posts and stands quickly but takes a knee to the face in the process; the strike looks illegal, but referee Keith Peterson takes no action. Down to the final 30 seconds, Markos shoves away a shooting Esparza and counters with a right hand. Esparza shoots again in the final seconds, however, and completes one last takedown.Sherdog Scores

Round 1
The welterweights get off to a slow start, with more than two minutes of circling and feinting punctuated only by sporadic leg kicks. Taleb takes control of the center of the cage, lands a few more leg kicks and has a high kick blocked by the Argentinian. Taleb catches a kick and runs an off-balance Ponzinibbio to the other side of the cage, but Ponzinibbio uses good head movement to evade punches until he can dash away. Ponzinibbio counters the next low kick with a right hand that reddens Taleb's nose, and it's Ponzinibbio coming forward as the opening round ends.Sherdog Scores

Round 2
Ponzinibbio is pressing forward again, as he did at the end of round one, and he sticks a jab on Taleb's nose as he backs the Canadian up to the wall. Taleb comes away pawing at his nose and left eye, his face growing redder as the round moves on. It's give-and-take here: Taleb landing sharp low kicks, Ponzinibbio coming back over the top with crisp jabs. The jab of Ponzinibbio continues to pump through the middle of the round, keeping Taleb on his back foot. With two minutes left, Ponzinibbio connects with a cracking one-two that sends Taleb to the floor. Ponzinibbio comes down to the ground and is quickly wrapped up in Taleb's guard. Ponzinibbio is struggling to pass Taleb's guard, advancing to half guard but stalling out there in the final minute.Sherdog Scores

Round 3
Ponzinibbio continues to control the action with his jab, countering Taleb's low kicks with great accuracy. Taleb presses forward, trying some different things, a body kick or a Superman punch, but nothing seems to be having much effect on "Gente Boa." Ponzinibbio times another low kick, flurries over the top with punches and follows with a partially landed head kick. Inside the final two minutes, Taleb continues to work his low kicks to Ponzinibbio's lead leg. Ponzinibbio's jab is still scoring, however, leaving Taleb's face is increasingly bloody and swollen. Taleb starts to string together some jabs of his own in the final minute, but Ponzinibbio won't be deterred and continues his forward pressure. Ponzinibbio slugs over Taleb's low kick one last time, but it's Taleb who gets the last word with a sharp right hand of his own.Sherdog Scores

Round 1
Felder sticks a couple hard right hands down the center, forcing Ricci backward and reddening the Canadian's face just moments into the fight. Ricci switches between stances as he tries to find his range against the "Irish Dragon." Felder is using good head movement to keep himself clear of Ricci's punches and fire back with heavy counter combinations. Felder eats a right hand, spins around and puts an elbow strike on the side of Ricci's head. Ricci is beginning to find his range with greater frequency as they enter the last 90 seconds of the round. Felder backs off a bit, opting to land kicks from range. Ricci tries to step inside with a jab, but Felder throws up a counter elbow that appears to break Ricci's nose. The reaction sets in slowly for Ricci, who takes a few steps backward and then has a seat at the base of the fence; Felder, not taking any chances, pours on the punches until referee Brad Jardine steps between them. The Official Result
Paul Felder def. Alessandro Ricci via TKO (Elbow and Punches) R1 4:44Gina Mazany vs. Sara McMann
Round 1
McMann immediately closes the gap, clinches Mazany against the fence and trips the UFC newcomer to the floor. Mazany gets to one knee, posting up at the base of the cage, but McMann is blasting her with punches from riding position. Mazany stands, McMann still wrapped around her waist, and the wrestler easily drags her foe back to the mat. McMann mounts Mazany in a flash, an arm-triangle choke already set up. Mazany is helpless as McMann sinks her weight on the right side, bears down on the choke and forces the tap from mount. The Official Result
Sara McMann def. Gina Mazany via Submission (Arm-Triangle Choke) R1 1:14Cezar Ferreira vs. Elias Theodorou
Round 1
Ferreira sticks a good left hand down the center, tries a head kick but gets his foot caught by Theodorou, and now "Mutante" must hop away to reset. Theodorou throws a low kick, gets his back leg swept but jumps up before Ferreira can capitalize. The middleweights trade kicks before Theodorou catches one from Ferreira and runs him against the wall. Ferreira digs an underhook to defend Theodorou's takedown attempt, and the fighters wind up stalling on the wall. They separate with 1:40 on the clock, both men still trying to find their striking range. Ferreira slams the right side of Theodorou's body with a hard kick and dips away before Theodorou can use the caught leg. Theodorou continues to try kicks down the stretch, but they're mostly blocked by Ferreira, who tags "The Spartan" with a pair of counters in the final 20 seconds.Sherdog Scores

Round 2
Ferreira grabs for the legs of Theodorou, who backpedals to the fence and reverses to put "Mutante" against the wall. Ferreira pushes his opponent away, shoots again and this time plants Theodorou on his back. Theodorou stands up, Ferreira working for back-mount as they rise, but the Canadian is able to escape out the back door as they hit the ground again. The 185ers stand briefly, but Ferreira soon hits another takedown. Theodorou is able to stand quickly this time, and he slugs "Mutante" with a left hand on the break. Ferreira slips throwing a punch in the middle of the cage, gets wrangled by Theodorou but tries to throw up a guillotine choke as he's taken down. Theodorou pops his head free, stands and grapples with Ferreira on the fence. Ferreira jumps guard with another guillotine, and while this one looks tighter than the first, Theodorou is able to free himself again. They come back to their feet and square off in the center with just over one minute remaining. Both men are clearly tiring, their punches and kicks slowing down, but Theodorou gets the better of the exchanges down the stretch with low kicks and a left hand.Sherdog Scores

Round 3
Theodorou takes a kick under the armpit and slugs his way forward, backing up "Mutante" with a left hand over the top. Theodorou lands a straight right hand to the body, tries to follow with a kick, but Ferreira is already circling away. It's slow going here in the final round, with Ferreira standing feet away and slowly shadowboxing in Theodorou's direction. Theodorou denies a double-leg attempt from the Brazilian, and the middleweights continue striking through the middle of the final frame. The fighters shoot simultaneously, briefly clinch on the fence and then split with two minutes on the clock. Theodorou catches the shooting Ferreira with a body kick, but "Mutante" drives through it and floors the Canadian, then jumps on his back. Ferreira secures back-mount with both hooks in and begins fishing for a rear-naked choke, but Theodorou is defending well, constantly peeling his opponent's hands away from his neck. Theodorou frees one hook, spins around and drives forward to try a takedown of his own, but Ferreira won't be taken down. Ferreira resets and tries one last shot of his own, but Theodorou sprawls on it and gives Ferreira a knee to the face before the horn.Sherdog Scores

Round 1
Tucker opens with some low kicks, whipping the inside and outside of Sicilia's lead leg, then goes upstairs with a right hand that's eaten by the American. Sicilia seems to be freezing up a bit early on as he tries to cut off angles and close the distance on the fleet-footed UFC newcomer. Tucker continues to attack the lead leg of Sicilia through the slow middle portion of the round; Sicilia is still coming forward but isn't offering a whole lot in terms of offense. Tucker steps inside, pops Sicilia with a single left hook and then bails out of the pocket even before Sicilia's counter right hook is thrown. Tucker scores with a step-in knee to the body in the final seconds of the round.Sherdog Scores

Round 2
Tucker whizzes a few right hands by Sicilia's beard but isn't finding the button with his distance strikes. The low kicks continue to score for the Canadian, however, and the inside of Sicilia's left thigh is looking chewed up after a round and a half of punishment. Sicilia seems to be winding up for big right hands, but when he finally lobs a bomb, Tucker puts a glove up to block it and shakes his head dismissively. Tucker continues to bounce around the cage with good footwork, occasionally stopping to throw a leg kick or pop Sicilia with a right hand. Sicilia counters with a right of his own in the next exchange; Tucker just slaps his own face and grins at the American.Sherdog Scores

Round 3
Sicilia looks to be headhunting in the opening moments of round three, presumably aware that he's down on the judges' scorecards. Tucker is on his back foot, shuffling and dancing away from the aggressive "TUF" winner. Sicilia lands his best punch of the fight with a right hand that appears to stun Tucker, but in the seconds afterward, Sicilia clinches and hugs Tucker against the wall, allowing the Canadian to recover. Another right hand from Sicilia connects, but again he clinches Tucker on the fence until Tucker is out of trouble. Tucker hits a nifty ankle pick but can't keep Sicilia on the floor, and the featherweights are back on their feet with half a round remaining. Tucker is slowing down but still looks to have the speed advantage on Sicilia, who swings power punches but can't find the chin of his elusive opponent. Tucker points at the midsection of Sicilia before slamming a front kick into his midsection, then does it again. Sicilia is still trying to chase him down when the final horn sounds.Sherdog Scores

Round 1
Hendricks takes the center of the cage and rotates as he follows fellow southpaw Lombard around the perimeter. Lombard tries to jab his way inside but slips, and Hendricks angles away before Lombard gets back up. The Cuban comes over the top with a left hand that touches Hendricks' chin, although the ex-UFC champ was already moving backward. Lombard catches a kick and shoves Hendricks against the fence; when Hendricks blocks a throw, Lombard stays in the pocket and throws a few punches until "Bigg Rigg" steps away. Halfway through the round, Hendricks looks to change levels but Lombard drops his hips and shuts down the shot before it begins. Lombard catches another kick and trips Hendricks to the ground, can't hold him there but wraps himself around Hendricks' waist as they stand. Lombard finds no success from behind with a suplex attempt and now moves to the front, pinning Hendricks to the fence with an underhook. Referee Brad Jardine issues a pair of verbal warnings to Lombard for grabbing the fence in the last half-minute of the round.Sherdog Scores

Round 2
Lombard ducks under Hendricks' first punch of the round and grabs for a waistlock, but Hendricks frees himself and resets in the middle of the cage. Lombard zaps Hendricks with a right hook on the end of a combo, but Hendricks comes right back and appears to stun the judoka with a left hook to the temple. The middleweights clinch and Lombard lands a low blow with a knee aimed at the inside thigh. Referee Jardine pauses the action, Hendricks takes 30 seconds to recover and the fight is back on. Lombard is swinging heavy right hands now, whipping a pair of hard punches across Hendricks' face. Hendricks eats another one in a collar tie, but not before he feeds Lombard a hard punch of his own. Two minutes down in the middle round and Lombard is stalking, creeping forward on Hendricks with his left hand loaded. Hendricks tries a takedown but Lombard shuts it down with the whizzer. Lombard catches Hendricks leaning inside to land a hook, then sticks a jab on the American's chin a few seconds later. Lombard catches a knee and pushes Hendricks to the fence with 90 seconds left in the round. Lombard grabs the fence again, and this time referee Jardine breaks them up for a restart in the center. Hendricks is having success with knees to the body here late in the round, but Lombard is ducking underneath his left hook every time.Sherdog Scores

Round 3
Hendricks is a bit busier in this opening minute of the final round, working Lombard's lead leg with kicks and then cracking the Cuban with a knee to the face. A left hand connects for Hendricks soon after Lombard gives up on a brief takedown attempt. Lombard continues to press forward, hands low, and Hendricks exploits this with a left hook up top. Lombard catches an attempted knee strike and gets zapped with Hendricks' left hand as they stand in the center. Hendricks looks like a different fighter in this round, constantly moving and dodging Lombard's offense. With 70 seconds left, Lombard catches another knee and sweeps Hendricks' plant leg, but Hendricks springs back up almost immediately. Hendricks absorbs a couple hard body kicks and an overhand left, but he looks no worse for wear as he circles away. Both men raise their hands at the final horn, and this one will be decided by the judges.Sherdog Scores

Round 1
Veteran referee Mario Yamasaki is the third man in the cage for tonight's heavyweight main event. Lewis misses with his first reaching right hand, and Browne counters with a short left hand on the ear. Browne circles to the outside, leaving Lewis in the center; Browne lands a leg kick, while Lewis slaps the Hawaiian's chest with a right kick. Browne lands a kick to the liver which prompts Lewis to cover his midsection with both hands. Lewis stays this way for roughly 20 seconds, but Browne is clearly hesitant to rush in and try for the finish. Instead, "Hapa" throws more low and body kicks, while Lewis slowly recovers from the body shot. A short right hand from Lewis sends Browne to the mat, but he's back on his feet before Lewis can tack on any ground-and-pound. Browne catches Lewis coming at him and lands a sharp knee to the gut, and Lewis turns his back, clutching his stomach again. Browne tries to chase him down, but Lewis spins around and clinches on the wall for a few seconds to recover. More body kicks connect for Browne in the final minute, but Lewis is protecting his right side now.Sherdog Scores

Round 2
Browne goes straight back to the midsection of Lewis as they plod around the edge of the cage in the opening minute of round two. "Hapa" is controlling the center, using slow, measured movements and firing mostly kicks. Lewis isn't doing much in the first minute, but he comes alive after catching Browne with a right hand to the jaw. Browne covers up, his back against the wall, as Lewis tees off with both hands. An uppercut gets through cleanly for Lewis, but Browne looks up to tell referee Yamasaki that he's not hurt. Browne withstands the assault and tries a throw with double underhooks; Lewis blocks the throw and comes down to Browne's half guard. Browne gets back to his feet, but only for a split second, as Lewis trips him back to the mat. Halfway through the round, Lewis goes knee-on-belly to drop right hands, but Browne rolls inside and escapes to his feet. Both men wind up with big right hands, and it's Lewis which bounces off Browne's forehead and sends him to the ground. Lewis pounces and smashes Browne unconscious with several follow-up punches, and referee Yamasaki dives in for the stoppage. The Official Result
