In the main event, two top lightweights collide as Donald Cerrone (155.5) looks to get back in the win column as he takes on Justin Gaethje (155.5). "Cowboy" is coming off of a doctor stoppage loss to Tony Ferguson at UFC 238, while Gaethje is riding a two-fight first-round knockout streak. The co-headlining attraction pits Glover Teixeira (204.5) against Nikita Krylov (205.5).
UFC Fight Night 158 airs live on ESPN+, with the main card kicking off at 8 p.m. ET on Sept. 14. The event also features a heavyweight bout that sees the return of Todd Duffee (244.5) against Jeff Hughes (251). At welterweight, Michel Pereira (172)* takes on short-notice replacement Tristan Connelly (169.5). In the middleweight division, Uriah Hall (184) scraps with Antonio Carlos Jr. (185.5). Opening up the main card is a light heavyweight tilt between Misha Cirkunov (205.5) and Jim Crute (205).
One fighter came in heavy: Pereira (172)*, who missed the welterweight limit by one pound and elected not to cut any additional weight. He has been fined 20 percent of his purse.
