Two new bouts have been added to the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s March 21 trip to Rio de Janeiro, the promotion announced on Thursday.
Nunes defeated Sheila Gaff and Germaine de Randamie in her first two Octagon appearances before falling to current No. 1 contender Cat Zingano at UFC 178 this past September. A 24-fight veteran, Baszler suffered a second-round technical knockout loss to Bethe Correia in her promotional debut at UFC 177.
Anchored at Team Alpha Male, the 24-year-old Fili is 2-1 in the Las Vegas-based organization, including a unanimous verdict over Felipe Arantes in his most recent outing at UFC 179. Castro went 2-0 in 2014, posting victories over Noad Lahat and Dashon Johnson.
