Germaine de Randamie will square off against Octagon newcomer Anna Elmose at UFC Fight Night Rotterdam on May 8.

Promotion officials announced the bantamweight bout on Wednesday. Additionally, Leon Edwards will replace the injured Peter Sobotta and face Dominic Waters in a welterweight bout on the card. UFC Fight Night takes place at Ahoy Rotterdam in the Netherlands and is headlined by a heavyweight showdown between Alistair Overeem and Andrei Arlovski.

De Randamie has won two of her three promotional appearances, most recently besting Larissa Pacheco via second-round TKO at UFC 185 in March 2015. The 31-year-old Netherlands native is 5-3 as a professional overall.

Copenhagen, Denmark’s Elmose is unbeaten in three outings, with all of her wins coming via knockout or technical knockout. Elmose was originally slated to face Stephanie Page at Cage Warriors Fighting Championship 75 on April 15, but those plans have apparently changed.

Edwards is 2-2 in the Octagon, including an eight-second knockout of Seth Baczynski at UFC Fight Night “Gonzaga vs. Cro Cop 2” last April. Most recently, the 24-year-old Englishman dropped a three-round verdict to Kamaru Usman at UFC on Fox 17.
